Anyone can join. Members, past clients, friends, and people who simply know the business are all welcome. What matters is that you can recommend the program honestly to people you have some relationship with.

We may revoke participation at any time, for any reason.

If you are not a member, be straightforward about that. Say you know Seth, or you know the business, or you have watched it get built. Do not imply you have gone through the material or achieved results with it when you have not. An honest "I know this guy and I think it's worth your time" converts better than a manufactured endorsement and it is the only version we will support.

We are not looking for volume promoters with no relationship to the program or its audience.

You must be 18 or older.

A qualifying sale is a new member who enrolls through your affiliate link and whose payment clears and is not refunded or charged back.

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the sale price set to produce $400 at the current program price. If the program price changes, the percentage is adjusted so the commission stays at $400. Adjustments apply to sales made after the change; commissions already earned are not affected.

Commission is paid on cleared payments. Where a member's enrollment is structured differently, commission is paid proportionally as payments clear, and commissions on payments that do not clear are not earned.

We reserve the right to change the commission amount with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to sales made after the notice period.

• Commissions are held for 30 days from the customer's purchase date before becoming payable. This protects against chargebacks and payment reversals.

• Payment is issued once your balance reaches $30.

• Invoices are generated and payments processed on the 10th of each month.

• Payment is by PayPal or wire transfer. You must have a confirmed payment method before payouts are processed — set this under your profile icon → Settings → Affiliate commissions payouts.

• You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions earned. We may require a W-9 or equivalent before issuing payment.

If a referred customer refunds or charges back, the associated commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout. If a reversal exceeds your pending balance, the difference is carried forward against future commissions. We will not seek repayment of amounts already paid.

On approval you receive a unique affiliate link. Your link is tied to your affiliate ID and cannot be customized.

You may append your affiliate ID to any FBA+ Academy page.

Links to FBA+ Academy pages must include "www" — for example, https://www.fbaplusacademy.com?sa=YOURID.

Links without it may lose tracking during redirection, and we cannot credit a sale that wasn't tracked. Referrals are tracked through this link only. We cannot credit a sale that did not come through your link, including where a customer tells us you referred them.

Do not obscure, shorten in a misleading way, or misrepresent your link's destination.

You may promote FBA+ Academy through your own website, blog, email list, social media, YouTube channel, podcast, or in personal conversation.

You must disclose that you earn a commission. This is required by FTC guidelines and by us. Disclosure must be clear and near the link, not buried in a footer or a linked page. Wording like this is sufficient:

"This is an affiliate link. If you enroll through it, I earn a commission at no additional cost to you."

FBA+ Academy is built on realistic expectations and honest claims. Our reputation is the product. These rules are not negotiable, and violating them is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You may not make income claims. Do not state or imply that a member will earn a specific amount, reach a revenue figure, replace an income, or achieve any financial outcome. Do not use your own results, or Seth's, as a representation of what a buyer will achieve.

You may not promise timelines beyond what FBA+ Academy states publicly: an extra $1,000/month is achievable within a year, and replacing a full-time income generally takes one to two years. Do not shorten these. Do not say "quit your job," "fire your boss," "financial freedom," or equivalent framing.

You may not misrepresent what the program includes. Do not describe features, chapters, tools, or partnerships that do not exist or that you have not confirmed with us. Do not state future pricing.

You may not name our partners, affiliates, or suppliers. Brand-direct relationships, software partnerships, and service provider relationships are confidential unless we have made them public.

You may not run paid ads on our brand terms. No bidding on "FBA+ Academy," "FBA Plus Academy," "Seth Miller," or variations, on any ad platform. No ads that could be mistaken for our own.

You may not use spam or unsolicited outreach. No purchased email lists, no bulk DMs, no comment spam, no posting your link in communities where promotion is not permitted.

You may not list your link on coupon, deal, or discount aggregator sites.

You may not use our discount or partner codes unless we have specifically issued one to you. Codes issued for partner promotions are not for affiliate use.

You may not self-refer. Commissions are not payable on your own purchase or on purchases by your household or businesses you control.

You may not create websites, social accounts, or content that impersonate FBA+ Academy or suggest you speak on our behalf. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or representative of Miller Market LLC.
